Green House Press was founded in 2005 and publishes books written, translated or edited by Rúnar Helgi Vignisson. It is owned and run by Vignisson and his wife, Gudrun Gudmundsdottir, and the main idea behind the venture is to provide another venue for Vignisson's writing, free from the restrictions of larger publishing houses.
